Jacquelyn M. Bickar

Jacquelyn M. Bickar is an attorney who graduated from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California with a Juris Doctorate in Law, and a specialized training in mediation. Jackie’s mediation training is from California Western, as well as through the Conflict Resolution Mediation Training Center, and Attorney Mediated Divorces Mediation Training.

Jackie handles individual mediations to develop Parenting Plans for parties. Jackie also has legal experience working with other family law attorneys on high asset divorce cases, and she clerked for the San Diego Public Defender’s office. For several years, Jackie volunteered with Next Door Solutions. She has a special interest in resolving cases through amicable means when mediation is chosen by the parties, but she also handles contested marital cases as well.

Marina M. Vinsky

Marina M. Vinsky, Esq is an estate planning attorney in the Bay Area. She grew up in Palo Alto and attended Gunn High School, she went on to UC Davis where she received her Master of Science Degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. After working as a researcher at Roche Bioscience she went on to Santa Clara University School of Law. While in law school she was a judicial extern at the Probate Court and worked with estate planning law firms in the Silicon Valley. Marina is passionate about educating her clients, business partners, and general public about importance of estate planning. She conducts regular educational seminars for insurance and financial planning professionals, speaks to various alumni and networking organizations. Marina resides in San Jose area with her husband and three daughters.

Paul Seabrook

After 5 years of teaching history in Santa Clara County, Paul decided he was ready for a new challenge. Paul went to law school in San Francisco starting in 2007 and graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2010.  He then opened his own firm in Seattle, WA shortly thereafter focused on Bankruptcy and Estate Planning. After a couple years in the Northwest, Paul's wife, who is from Mexico decided she didn’t particularly appreciate the constant rain up there. Thus, moving them back to the Bay Area and working for a couple of law firms almost exclusively in Bankruptcy.

Originally from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Travis attended the University of Louisville on a full scholarship at age 17. With many acceptance letters to choose from Travis decided on the San Francisco Bay Area to pursue his Law Degree. Graduating with his Juris Doctorate of Law in May 1997, Travis began practicing in 1998 with an emphasis on Family Law cases. The clients he services provide challenges every day, working with a commitment and dedication to alleviating stress while accurately and diligently handling their cases.
